AOE are about to embark on a little ‘Home Barista Workshop’ Tour taking the caffeine love on the road to you!
I constantly get asked if I could do a mini workshop for the home coffee connoisseur but time hasn’t allowed and for that I apologise…..
No excuses now!
The “Hug Bus” is gonna hit the road and we’re gonna spill the beans and share that caffeine luuurv with y’all!!
The following dates are locked in and we’d love to see you there.
- Bathurst @ Hen and Bow – Thu. 31st May 6.30-8.30 pm
- Young @ The General Store – Sat. 30th June 10am-12pm
- Batemans Bay @ Nourish On North – Wed. 4thJuly 6pm-8pm
- Sydney @ Revolution Como – Thu. 5th July 6.30pm- 8.30pm
The aim of the ‘Home Barista Tour’ is to give customers the opportunity to meet the roaster and owner of the coffee they enjoy.
It also allows you to personally engage with me in all matters coffee related from plant to cup.
This includes our altruistic approach to our unique business model via our Direct Trade philosophy giving you a full appreciation and new found respect for the work and love that goes into producing that perfect cup of coffee that we so look forward to as a daily ritual.
It also allows me personally, the opportunity to meet and give thanks to you for your continued love and support but also I hope to add value to your experience through new found knowledge.
In the 2 hour workshop you will learn :
- Coffee appreciation and understanding the importance of a grinder
- Basic introduction to coffee and it’s origins
- Tasting correct and incorrect extracted coffees,bitterness,sweetness and acidity
- Basic steps for home machine operations and general maintenance
- Each attendee will receive a COMPLIMENTARY 200 GM PACK OF AOE COFFEE and a laminated coffee menu
The workshop is designed and tailored to suit the budding home barista and coffee connoisseur alike.
It is suitable for any one interested in coffee and would make an ideal gift for that caffeinated loved one!
If this steams your veggies I recommend you book your spots soon as ticket numbers a very limited as I plan to run the courses in small numbers so all participants experience an engaging and informative session.
