This machine hosts a well weighted E-61 group head. Anyone that is a coffee professional can tell you that E-61 group heads are effectively the best you can ask for in a domestic machine - it creates unbeatable levels of temperature stability, which (of course), leads to uniformity of espressos through better balancing and flavour.

Capturing a modern style of design and incorporating this into an domestic espresso machine, the Appartamento features a simplistic set of circular design features on the side panels with the option of either a white or copper insert available to create a contrast.
